Let's understand your cycling background

The first step is to speak with a cycling coach one on one. This is a 60 minute web call, servicing all timezones. During this call we will learn about your cycling history, your riding preferences, your availability to train and your current goals. Whether that be self-improvement or event specific. We'll also bring you up to speed on how we'll use TrainingPeaks as your training calendar system.

Identifying how we can make quick gains

In addition to understanding your cycling background we will also encourage you to upload 3 months of training history into TrainingPeaks. That can easily be imported from Strava, Wahoo, Garmin or any mainstream cycling application. By bringing in your training data, the coach will be able to dig into your training analytics, pinpointing any low hanging fruit we can focus on in your training for quick / immediate wins

Your custom 12-week cycling plan begins...

Shortly after your deep dive session with the RCA coach, you will have a 100% custom plan built out in TrainingPeaks. TrainingPeaks has native integrations into Zwift, Wahoo, Garmin and most mainstream cycling apps. This means automated syncing of your training workouts to your bike computer and/or indoor training app. Meaning, all you have to do is follow the power and / or heart rate targets for each session

Changing your cycling plan  (+ support)

From years of working with recreational & amateur road cyclists we know 'smooth sailing' is a rarity. Often something will pop up, like a work commitment or an unexpected cold/flu. When these things arise you have full freedoms to reach out to the coach that built the plan, explain your situation, and they will adjust the plan accordingly. In fact, the coach will also encourage you to provide feedback on workouts which can be easily done within the TrainingPeaks app. The coach will respond to your comments, boosting engagement and accountability to the plan.
