Number one – our focus is on amateur and recreational road cyclists that have hit a performance plateau. Whether you target events; race your bike in the local club scene, or you’re just looking to beat your mates around the block. It doesn’t matter. All that is key is a desire to improve.
Number two – our coaching model is centered around an online course, called the Uplevel Road Cycling Course. Unlike traditional month-to-month coaching models, the Uplevel Road Cycling Course includes access to 20 step-by-step video tutorials, a private group, off-the-shelf (& custom) training plans, and coaching support. The idea is that once you’ve completed the course over a 12 week period, you become empowered with the knowledge and skills required to become your own coach.
